PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable clothing to be fed to a process while a shaped state is maintained without causing irregularities in a shape of the clothing.SOLUTION: A shaping and feeding apparatus for clothing includes a shaping body for shaping clothing after being washed and sleeve suction parts for shaping the sleeves of the clothing, and feeds the shaped clothing to a feed conveyor by the upward movement of the shaping body. A feed conveyor 35 includes: a conveyor front part 33 located behind a shaping body 11, for transferring the clothing in an approximately vertical direction; a direction changing part 34 including a curved surface 40 which acts to stretch the clothing moved to the upper part of the conveyor front part; and a conveyor upper part 36 for transferring the clothing which has passed through the direction changing part approximately in the forward and backward direction. There is provided a position changing mechanism 41 for locating the conveyor front part of the feed conveyor at a separated position of being separated from the shaping body and at an approach position of holding the clothing together with the shaping body. |
