PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern formation method in which fluid of metallic fine particles are used to perform printing on a base material to obtain a printed matter, and the printed matter is heated to sinter the metallic fine particles, the method capable of solving a conventional problem that when using a resin film having low heat-resistance as a base material, the base material is fused, deformed or discolored in sintering the metallic fine particles, and moreover, it has become difficult to shorten a sinter time of the metallic fine particles.SOLUTION: A printed matter 100 is prepared in advance by pattern printing on a non-conducting base material, using a fluid dispersion in which fine particles of a metal or a metallic compound are dispersed. The printed matter 100 is exposed to plasma in a treatment chamber 11 of a pattern formation device for generating microwave surface wave plasma and metallic fine particles of a pattern printed matter is sintered to form a conductive pattern. |
