A guitar neck (1) with an essentially plane surface (2) on the side of the guitar neck on which it is intended that the guitar strings be located, and an opposite bowed surface (3), where the guitar neck runs from a neck heel (4) nearest to the body of the guitar to a head (5) at which the guitar strings are attached in a manner that allows adjustment. The invention is characterised in that the bowed surface (3) of the guitar neck is provided with grooves (6) that run along the longitudinal direction of the guitar neck between the neck heel (4) and the said head (5). |
