1. A method of managing wireless resources comprising:
identifying a group of cells having at least two neighboring cells; identifying a group of users from the group of the cells; selecting a utility function based on a data rate for each user of the group of users; and allocating the wireless resources to each user based on a cost function for the group of users, wherein allocating the wireless resources is performed by coordinating among the cells, and wherein the cost function is based on a summation of utility functions for more than one user, the more than one user relating to more than one cell. |
