发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT OF FREIGHT TRAINS ACCORDING TO THE TIME-SCHEDULE
摘要 The invention is related to automatics and computer engineering and can be used in railway transport for controlling the movement of freight trains according to the schedule. The technical result of the claimed invention consists in higher efficiency of controlling the movement of freight trains according to the schedule by virtue of shorter time of car detention at technical stations, higher speed of freight delivery, higher productivity of shunting locomotives at group formation and recoupling yards, minimization of risks involved in non-observance of freight delivery time limits. The method consists in that modelling of train and car flows is performed for the chosen movement direction on the basis of the database of approved consignors' application; in modelling, first of all, models of single-group trains of exit routing are formed; for each model, a firm time slot in the schedule is selected, and the train is fixed to this slot; then, for each railway yard in the selected direction, at the first stage, single-group trains of technical routing are modelled, an appropriate free firm slot in the schedule is selected, and the train is attached to it; at the second stage, full-length and/or full-weight single-group of multi-group trains are formed from cars of different consignors not assigned to routes, an appropriate free firm slot in the schedule is selected and the train is attached to it, the order of including car groups in a multi-group train at this stage is defined with regard for train make-up plan; and at the third stage, for each free firm slot of the schedule, multi-group trains with varying group destinations are formed from cars not used at previous modelling stages, not more than three groups of different destinations being included in a train at this stage; selection of an optimum version of group inclusion in a train is performed by the criterion of the greatest length of haul of the "core" group taking account of the possibility of provision with coupled car groups at the exchange station within the train dwell time established by the operation process and observation of delivery time limits; the modelling results are used in making up freight trains, in formation of exit routing trains by the time of departure as set by the firm slot of the schedule; a train of loaded cars is provided with a locomotive and a locomotive crew on the basis of a locomotive circulation schedule, and, after checking the readiness of infrastructure facilities for carriage, the train is dispatched on route in accordance with the time schedule directly from non-public tracks; at stations, trains are formed by way of shunting by the time of departure preset by the schedule slot; cars loaded at public and non-public tracks are included in technical routing trains; cars that arrived at the station for processing are additionally included in single-group and multi-group trains; each train of loaded cars is provided with a locomotive and a locomotive crew on the basis of a locomotive circulation schedule, and, after checking the readiness of infrastructure facilities for carriage, the train is dispatched on route in accordance with the time schedule, monitoring of train formation and processing as well as its movement on the route is performed in the real-time mode.
