an interposer having a quadrangular planar shape, wherein the interposer includes a plurality of identical functional blocks arranged in a first direction, and wherein the functional blocks include a first region in which an electric device is arranged, a second region in which an optical device is arranged, and a plurality of optical waveguides, in each of the functional blocks, the second region being arranged between the first region and a first side along the first direction of the interposer, and the plurality of optical waveguides being arranged between the second region and the first side and extending from the second region toward the first side.
