PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which reduces color mixture.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises an imaging part including: a first kind pixel 1 having a color filter in which a first wavelength is a transparent dominant wavelength on a surface side of a semiconductor substrate; a second kind pixel 2 having a color filter in which a second wavelength different from the first wavelength is a transparent dominant wavelength on the surface side of the semiconductor substrate; and a third kind pixel 3 having a color filter in which a third wavelength longer than each of the first wavelength and the second wavelength is a transparent dominant wavelength on the surface side of the semiconductor substrate. A distance D1 between the surface of the semiconductor substrate and a second semiconductor region 12 of the first kind pixel is smaller than a distance D2 between the surface and a second semiconductor region 22 of the third kind pixel. At least in a partial section of the imaging part, a photoelectric conversion element 20 of the third kind pixel and a photoelectric conversion element 10 of the first kind pixel are arranged from the center to a periphery of the imaging part in this order, and a transfer gate 115 of the third kind pixel lies between the photoelectric conversion element of the third kind pixel and the photoelectric conversion element of the first kind pixel. |
