PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable light-emitting device which inhibits peeling of an Ag reflection film from a translucent substrate with maintaining excellent light extraction efficiency by using the Ag reflection film.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a light-emitting element 10 in which a semiconductor layer 14 is formed on a first principal surface of a translucent substrate 12 having the first principal surface and a second principal surface; a reflection layer 16 of Ag or an Ag alloy formed on the second principal surface; and a lead frame 24 bonded by an eutectic alloy 22 on the reflection layer 16 side. The lead frame 24 includes a clad material formed by bonding a first metal component 26 composed of an Fe-containing alloy and a second metal component 28 composed of a metal different from the first metal component. |
