The present invention relates to a cooperative communication method and a cooperative communication apparatus in a wireless communication system. A first radio access point: transmits a message for requesting information required for performing coordination between radio access points to a second radio access point; receives a message for requesting channel information from the second radio access point, and transmits a message in response to the requesting message; transmits a message for reporting the information requested from the second radio access point; and receives a resource allocation hypothesis for coordinated multi-point transmission and reception from the second radio access point.
