Novelty: a multi-purpose rotary geared high-pressure pump is disclosed. Constitution: the shell (1) containing two equally-dimensioned and constantly-engaged toothed wheels (2) (gears) which are stabilized on parallel axles (3,4) fixed on the shell via the rowls (8); the one toothed wheel is rotating and sets into motion the second one. Packing seals (9) are provided to offer full tightness. The edges of the teeth of the one toothed wheel (2) are meshed with the teeth of the other (2). The teeth are set under angle so that during the rotation of the toothed wheels (2) the confined liquid is outwardly pushed, causing the increase of pressure. The instantaneously-propelled trapped quantity of liquid causes, at every rotation, the increase of the pressure and, thereby, the stable supply and propelling of the liquid outwards, without causing to the geared pump embolism, pulsating movements/vibrations, shocks and cavitations. |
