PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an optimal heat exchanger by visualizing coolant behavior inside a pipe.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger behavior evaluation device 100 comprises: a heat exchanger 108 that visualizes coolant inside a pipe; a storage chamber 101 that houses the heat exchanger 108; cooling units 105 and 131 that cool the coolant inside the pipe of the storage chamber 101 and the heat exchanger 108. In the heat exchanger behavior evaluation device, since a heating heater 111 is provided in the lower part of the heat exchanger 108 and a blower fan 110 is provided in the upper part of the heat exchanger 108, self-exciting coolant behavior due to evaporation and condensation during heat exchanger defrosting operation using heating from the outside in a state in which a compressor stops can be visualized, like a refrigerator, and a technology of improving defrosting efficiency can be obtained by analyzing the coolant behavior during the heat exchanger defrosting operation in detail. |
