Provided is a pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition comprises two types of drugs: 1. paclitaxel or an analogues thereof; and 2. a Hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitor or kinase inhibitor. Also provided are a use of the pharmaceutical composition in preparation of a cancer treating drug, and preparation method of a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a micelle, albumin or liposome.
