A method for the treatment of a pathology involving an excess of activity of at least one member of the kallikrein family, comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a composition comprising an effective amount of a compound selected from the group consisting of: said at least one member of the kallikrein family being selected from the group consisting of kallikrein-5 and kallikrein-7; said pathology being selected from the group consisting of Netherton syndrome, psoriasis, atopic eczema and allergic contact dermatitis.
