PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet which makes it possible to grasp contents described on a page to which a tag is attached.SOLUTION: A booklet comprises plural sheet-like members 1, plural first tag attachment position index parts 2 as marks for indicating attachment positions of tags which are attached to the sheet-like members 1, and plural first entry columns 3 which are provided corresponding to the plural first tag attachment position index parts 2. It is preferable that the booklet further comprises plural header tag attachment position index parts 4 which become marks for indicating attachment positions of tags which are attached to the sheet-like members 1 and provided on a top 30 of the booklet corresponding to the first tag attachment position index parts 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
