The method involves transmitting a document from a transmission station (101) to a receiving station (102), and receiving the document by the receiving station. Knowledge certificate of the received document is detected by carrying out seizing detection of a password i.e. decryption key, at the level of the receiving station for accessing the received document. An acknowledgement message of the knowledge certificate is transmitted by a user from the receiving station by carrying out Rivest Cipher 4 encryption of the document. An independent claim is also included for a device for securing mailing of a document i.e. facsimile, over a transmission network, comprising a facsimile transmission station and a facsimile reception station. |
