The present invention relates to an ultrasonic sealing apparatus (1) comprising a sonotrode (2), which can be made to vibrate ultrasonically, an anvil (3), which is located opposite the sonotrode (2), and a gap (4) between the sonotrode (2) and the anvil (3) for the insertion of a material which is to be sealed, characterized by an adjusting/quick-closure device (6) having a housing (7) and a threaded rod (11), wherein the sonotrode (2) or the anvil (3) is connected to the threaded rod (11) via a first thread (13), and therefore the gap width (5) can be adjusted by virtue of the threaded rod (11) being rotated, and wherein the threaded rod (11) is arranged in a linearly displaceable manner, in order for the gap (4) to be opened and closed without the threaded rod (11) being rotated. |
