PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive air conditioning device and to provide a heating unit capable of being assembled with the air conditioning device.SOLUTION: An air conditioning device has a function of heating water. The air conditioning device includes: a water heat exchanger for heating water by performing heat exchange between a refrigerant led from a refrigeration circuit forming a heat pump cycle, and water; an outdoor machine chassis 41 for housing the water heat exchanger and disposed outdoors; and a water flow passage forming plate 51 mounted on the outer surface side of the outdoor machine chassis 41, forming a water flow passage through which water is passed, and heating the water by heat received from the sun light. |
