PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve type vacuum automatic opening/closing unit of which functionality is improved by improving a conventional drive device installed in a house-inlet and by incorporating an entirely new structure into the drive device which is the most significant portion, and in which the number of components and sealed portions are reduced and a drastic cost reduction can be achieved.SOLUTION: In order to carry out temporary drainage of a sewage pipe under service conditions or cut off a sewage pipe requiring cutoff for temporary drainage for the purpose of a construction in a dry state, when a reconstruction and propulsion work is executed to replace a deteriorated sewage pipe with a new pipe, a construction work is carried out by utilizing installed house-inlets to receive waste water discharged from each home and making waste water discharged from the inside of the house-inlets temporarily flow from a construction section to the downstream side. A vacuum automatic opening/closing unit installed in a house-inlet X of each home is the valve type vacuum automatic opening/closing unit configured such that a mounting position of a float 10 in the house-inlet is provided in a lower part of a sealed container 7 provided with a mechanical valve 8 therein and a push button 9 of the valve faces the float 10 by the vertical movement of the float 10 in the house-inlet. |
