The present invention relates to a liquid pipeline coating composition for long-distance pumping of concrete and a pumping method of concrete using the same, wherein the liquid pipeline coating composition comprises: 50-70 wt% of an organic polymer aqueous solution including gums and water; and 5-15 wt% of polycarboxylate; and 15-25 wt% of glycerine. Since moisture consumed is gradually supplied from an aqueous dispersion, by increasing the added amounts of the aqueous dispersion and mortared concrete, the liquid pipeline coating composition for long-distance pumping of concrete according to the present invention can be used when the length of a pipeline becomes as long as 100 meters or longer, or be used in curved pipelines. Since the liquid pipeline coating composition of the present invention is liquid, dissolution is rapid and process efficiency high when used to prepare an aqueous dispersion, and since only a small amount is required, costs can be reduced greatly compared to when mortar is used. |
