Provided are a data transmission method, a data transmission apparatus, a processor and a mobile terminal. The data transmission method comprises: a mobile terminal which judges whether to use a plurality of data channels to transmit data to be transmitted; if the use of the plurality of data channels to transmit the data to be transmitted is determined, the mobile terminal selects, according to current traffic information and service quality information about the plurality of data channels, at least two activated data channels for the data to be transmitted; and the mobile terminal uses the at least two selected data channels to transmit the data to be transmitted. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the data transmission efficiency is improved, and the idleness and waste of data channel resources are avoided at the same time.
