The present invention in general is to a novel prefabricated wall that greatly reduces construction time and cost while improving on quality and design/construction flexibility by using a lightweight interlocking pre-cast concrete wall panel/cladding which variable surface finishes and adapted to be attached to a pre-designed pre-fabricated studs that serve as spacer, guide and support. This greatly simplifies the current industry available wall construction through ease in material handling and installation with the added benefit of further reducing cost through minimizing equipment and manpower requirements. |
