Provided is a motor control device (2a), including: a DC voltage unit (24a) configured to input a DC voltage; a regenerative circuit (26a) included in the DC voltage unit (24a); an inverter (21a) configured to convert the DC voltage in the DC voltage unit (24a) into an AC voltage that is output to a motor (3a) ; a voltage detector (27a) conf igured to detect the DC voltage in the DC voltage units (24a); and a regenerative controller (28a) configured to control whether or not to actuate the regenerative circuit (26a) based on the DC voltage detected by the voltage detector (27a), the regenerative controller (28a) being configured to wait until a predetermined waiting time period has elapsed, and then actuate the regenerative circuit (26a), independently of operation of regenerative controllers (28b, 28c) of othermotor control devices (2b, 2c) after it is detected that the DC voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold voltage.
