PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for adjusting an axial force of a rail, which enables efficient execution of work for adjusting the axial force of the rail, while suppressing work noise when adjusting the axial force of the rail.SOLUTION: A device for adjusting an axial force of a rail 2 configuring a railroad track includes a vibration generation unit 10 which generates vibrations for being applied to the rail 2, and a bracket 30 which is fixed to the vibration generation unit 10, which is disconnectably connected to the rail 2 and which transmits the vibrations, generated by the vibration generation unit 10, to the rail 2. |
