PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information storage processing device and a vehicle information storage processing method, capable of efficiently storing vehicle information.SOLUTION: A vehicle information storage processing device comprises a storage part having a plurality of storage areas, and a storage control part which stores vehicle information related to a vehicle state into the storage area of the storage part if an error related to a vehicle is detected. If a new error related to the vehicle is detected in the state that vehicle information is stored in all of the plurality of storage areas, the storage control part compares a priority assigned to the new error with a priority assigned to the error corresponding to the vehicle information stored in the plurality of storage areas. As a result of comparison, only if the priority assigned to the new error is higher than the highest one of priorities assigned to the error corresponding to the vehicle information stored in the plurality of storage areas, the storage control part overwrites new vehicle information corresponding to the new error into the storage area. |
