PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage work-piece quality at an in-furnace treatment device in which treatment is continued when a power supply is lost.SOLUTION: An in-furnace treatment product quality management method of this invention comprises the steps of: performing a treatment against an in-furnace work-piece; setting a flag against the work-piece on the basis of a monitoring state of treatment conditions for the work-piece after loss of power supply when the power supply is lost under a state where the work-piece is left within the furnace while performing the treatment; adding a treatment continuation time of the treatment continued during the loss of power supply to a first treatment performance time before loss of the power supply of the work-piece according to the presence or absence of the flag and calculating an actual treatment performance time; and determining acceptability of the work-piece after completion of treatment under application of the actual treatment performance time. |
