The present invention relates to a component sorting device. The component sorting device includes: a hopper storing multiple components; a conveyor vertically transferring the components supplied from the hopper; a bowl feeder installed in the lower part of an outlet of the conveyor and vertically transferring the components dropped from the conveyor along a spiral component transfer path; a line feeder extended from the bowl feeder and aligning and supplying the transferred components in a linear direction; a transfer unit connected to the line feeder and transferring the supplied components in order; an air injection device installed in the upper part on one side of the transfer unit and removing foreign substances by injecting air to the components; and an optical device installed in the upper part on the other side of the transfer unit and photographing the components, wherein the optical device also determines a failure by analyzing a photographed image. The component sorting device can continuously perform sorting of the components, removal of the foreign substances, and an optical inspection, thereby improving reliability of a product. |
