STEP DEVICE WITH SECTION 0.5 OF THE WHEELCHAIR FOR ESCALATORS

The present invention relates to a device for 0.5 step in a wheelchair mounting section for an escalator for a purpose of forming 0.5 step horizontal to a first step by being connected by a step support for a 0.5 step under the first step when a disabled person using a wheelchair or an electric cart needs to get on an escalator; and the device converts into a disabled person get-on mode to entirely form a mounting section of 3.5 steps. The present invention therefore relates to the escalator device of the structure including a mounting section on which a wheelchair and an electric cart is able to be mounted when a disabled person using a wheelchair or an electric cart needs to get on an escalator in a get-on mode for a person without disability, comprising: 0.5 step formed to vertically be lifted on a rear of a front step formed on a front of the first step of a step group forming a wheelchair or electric cart mounting section; a rear plate covering the rear of the 0.5 step; a support rail formed in an anteroposterior direction on both sides of a lower surface of the 0.5 step, connecting the first step and 0.5 step by inserting the step support for the 0.5 step wherein the step support is operated when converting into the disabled person get-on mode; a 0.5 step lifting guide means guiding the 0.5 step to be lifted; a rear plate guide means covering the rear of the 0.5 step or hiding the rear plate with the lower surface of the 0.5 step by guiding the rear plate when the 0.5 step is lifted; and a 0.5 step fixating and releasing means fixating or releasing the 0.5 step when the 0.5 step is lifted.
