摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve good lubrication even when a gear that scrapes up lubricating oil rotates at a low speed, while reducing a reserved amount of the lubricating oil in a casing of a power transmission device.SOLUTION: A lubrication structure of a power transmission device is configured to include a first shaft 54, 56 provided with a first gear 44, and a second shaft 16, which is arranged parallel to the first shaft and at a position higher than the first shaft and is provided with a parking gear 22 and a second gear 20 meshing with the first gear; and to supply lubricating oil scraped up from an oil reserving part 60 by the rotation of the first gear 44 to a lubrication required part in a casing 2. The parking gear 22 is disposed adjoining to the second gear to allow the lubricating oil scraped up by the rotation of the first gear to adhere to the parking gear; and an oil supply path 80 for guiding the lubricating oil scattered from the parking gear by the rotation of the parking gear to a lubrication required part on the second shaft 16 is arranged to pass through a space at the front along the moving direction of an upper part of the parking gear during rotation and above the axis of the second shaft.
