PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and an imaging device that allow a lens barrel main body and an attaching member to be assembled easily, in a short time, and what is more, surely and stationarily.SOLUTION: The lens barrel according to the present invention comprises: a lens barrel main body 10 that is provided with an exterior appearance barrel 22; and a cover 8 that serves as an attaching member bayonet-coupled with the exterior appearance barrel 22. The exterior appearance barrel 22 includes a protrusion part 25 as an engagement part. The cover 8 includes a bendable engagement piece 82, and further the engagement piece 82 includes an engagement recessed part 82a. Then, upon rotating the cover 8 with respect to the exterior appearance barrel 22 accompanied by the bayonet coupling, the engagement piece 82 is put into a bending state, and from the bending state, the protrusion part 25 is engaged into the engagement recessed part 82a, the engagement piece 82 is restored to engage with the protrusion part 25. |
