An embodiment of the present invention relates to a slim and thin light source module and a lighting device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light source module comprises: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting element packages positioned on one surface of the substrate; a plurality of driving elements positioned on one surface of the substrate; and a connection terminal unit positioned on one surface of the substrate. A distance between both ends of the substrate and the connection terminal unit is more than or equal to a distance between the both ends of the substrate and the light emitting element package adjacent to the both ends of the substrate. |
