PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte molding which has excellent proton conductivity even under low humidification and low temperature conditions, is excellent in chemical stability, mechanical strength and fuel barrier properties, and can achieve high output, high energy density and excellent long-term durability when making a solid polymer type fuel cell therefrom, and to provide the solid polymer type fuel cell using the polymer electrolyte molding.SOLUTION: A polymer electrolyte composition molding contains a manganese compound and an aromatic block copolymer having one or more hydrophilic segments (A1) each containing an ionizable group and one or more hydrophobic segments (A2) each having no ionizable group. In the polymer electrolyte molding, a bicontinuous-like or lamella-like phase separation structure is formed, a manganese content ratio is ≥0.00015 mol% and <5 mol% with respect to the ionizable group. |
