PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated when a movable member 55 is stopped by a wall part 56b of a stator housing 56 in a clutch mechanism 20.SOLUTION: When a control device 6 starts energization to an electromagnetic coil 53 in a first direction, magnetic force generated by a non-attracting magnetic circuit MCb becomes stronger than magnetic force generated by an attracting magnetic circuit MCa. A movable member 55 is moved from a first position side to a second position side by the magnetic force generated by the non-attracting magnetic circuit MCb. When the movable member 55 is approached to a wall part 56b of a stator housing 56, an elastic member 58 is fastened between the movable member 55 and a bottom part of a recession 56c, and is gradually compressed and is reduced in the size, and the movable member 55 is stopped at the second position. |
