PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement crossing part fastener capable of reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying its attachment to a reinforcement intersection, and strongly fastening the crossing part of a reinforcement ring for assembly and a batten ring for assembly welded and fixed along its outer peripheral surface and a plurality of main reinforcements imposed and fixed in a crossing state to the external surface in an imposition process of a reinforcing bar cage to be used for a cast-in-place concrete pile.SOLUTION: The reinforcement crossing part fastener is composed of one U bolt 1 having male screw parts 11 and 11 at both ends, nuts 2, and a fastening plate 3. The U bolt 1 is formed so as to be bent like an almost V shape with a circular arc-shaped bent part 13 as a center in a direction which is orthogonal to the bending direction of the U-shaped bent part 12 between the male screw parts 11 and 11 and the U-shaped bent part 12. The fastening plate 3 is formed with insertion holes 34 and 35 into which both the male screws 11 and 11 of the U bolt 1 can be inserted. The male screw parts 11 and 11 are formed as round screws whose screw threads are larger than normal screw threads, and the pitch is formed so as to be longer than the normal pitch. |
