In the present invention, there is disclosed a rotary vehicle headrest is located in the vehicle rear seat backrest and consists of a cushion (1) and a body (3). Struts (4), serving for attaching the headrest to the rear seat backrest, are connected to the headrest body (3). The headrest cushion (1) comprises a rear wall (2) and the body (3) comprises a cover (5). The invention is characterized in that a, cylinder (6) is fastened in the rear wall (2) of the headrest cushion (1) and two parallel partitions (7, 7') are disposed in the headrest body (3) wherein the partitions (7, 7’) are perpendicular to the headrest cushion (1) rear wall (2) and are situated on both sides of the cylinder (6) at a distance of the cylinder (6) diameter. Profiled cutouts (8, 8') are performed on each partition (7, 7'). The profiled cutouts (8, 8') comprise a step (10. 10') and a groove (9, 9'), which both are preformed on the individual partitions (7, 7') in mirror-like manner opposite to each other. A locking stop (11), bearing against the steps (10, 10') and thus locking further movement of the cylinder (6), is performed on the cylinder (6) circumference. |
