PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper dispenser which secures user safety and enables the user to smoothly draw and cut a paper sheet.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the paper dispenser in which the paper sheet is drawn to an intended length from an outlet mounted in a case which stows the long paper sheet and then the paper sheet can be cut by means of an cutting edge mounted in the vicinity of the outlet. A thermoplastic elastomer which is formed so as to be thinner toward its forefront is mounted in a state of projecting in a given length from the front end part of the cutting edge, on the front side of the cutting edge. |
