PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a dispersant for an inorganic compound that excels in transparency, electroconductivity, flexibility, and solvent resistance, and that is suitable to manufacturing an electroconductive inorganic compound dispersion that can deposit a coating to a plastic base; and an electroconductive inorganic compound dispersion using the same.SOLUTION: A dispersant for an inorganic compound has a hydroxyl group, an active methylene group, and an active methine group, and the dispersant for an inorganic compound is characterized by having a hydroxyl group in one end region of the dispersant. In addition, the dispersant for an inorganic compound is characterized by having at least one group chosen from a group consisting of a functional group that can react with an active methylene group and an active methine group, an isocyanate group blocked by a blocking agent or an isothiocyanate group blocked by a blocking agent in a molecular of the dispersant for an inorganic compound. |
