The present invention relates to a laser drilling device capable of laser-drilling through-holes in a drilling subject. The laser drilling device comprises: a transferring unit transferring the drilling subject in a preset direction; a laser unit having a preset laser emission point, and drilling the through-holes at preset drilling intervals by emitting laser beams to a target surface of the drilling subject passing through the laser emission point; a camera unit having an image photographing point separated at a preset distance from the laser emission point, photographing the through-holes passing through the image photographing point; a transferred distance measuring unit measuring a transferred distance of the drilling subject; and a control unit photographing an initial through-hole by driving the camera unit when the drilling subject is transferred to as much as a distance between the laser emission point and the image photographing point after the initial through-hole is drilled, and photographing the through-holes drilled after the initial through-hole is drilled by driving the camera unit every time when the drilling subject is transferred to as much as the distance between the laser emission point and the image photographing point. According to the present invention, the laser drilling device is capable of accurately photographing and inspecting the through-holes without an influence due to an error of a speed of transferring the drilling subject by applying driving signals to the camera very time when the drilling subject is transferred to as much as the drilling interval of the through-holes. |
