Such analyses may include functions of appointments, scheduling, billing, posting, denial management, collections, whilst integrating hospital, physician, practice management, sales, marketing, finance and other interrelated systems and/or functions. As a result, complete, consistent, derivative, quality data analysis allowing users to identify initial and sub-process performances and their effects on the main business process enriching decision-making capabilities for medical service providers.

A method of performing medical services analytics, said method comprising: collecting through a computing system raw medical services data from at least one practice management system (PMS) data repository operated by a medical service provider, the raw medical services data defining a first set of medical services data received from said PMS data repository, said PMS data repository being one PMS data repository among a plurality of PMS data repositories available to the computing system for collection of said raw medical services data; mapping on the computing system the first set of medical services data to generate a second set of medical services data, said second set of medical services data including at least a portion of the raw medical services data and a set of transaction data of medical insurance claims; calculating on the computing system a plurality of new medical services data elements using at least one pre-established transformation formula configured to process the second set of medical services data, said at least one transformation formula capable of associating information unrelated to medical services with the raw medical services data using geographical information and profit and loss information; integrating on the computer system the plurality of new medical services data elements into the second set of medical services data to generate an integrated medical services data set; and driving a dashboard display of graphical information using the computer system, said dashboard display showing the integrated medical services data set and supporting the access of the transaction data for medical insurance claims.
