A photonic crystal all-optical self-OR transformation logic gate consisting of an optical switch unit (01), one photonic crystal structural unit (02), one reference light source (03), one delayer or memory (04), and one D trigger unit (05). An input terminal of the delayer (04) is connected to logic signal X; an output terminal of the delayer (04) is connected to a logic signal input terminal (11) of the optical switch unit (01). A reference light, E, outputted by the reference light source (03) is connected to a reference light input terminal (12) of the optical switch unit (01). Two intermediate signal output terminals (13 and 14) of the optical switch unit (01) respectively are connected to two intermediate signal input terminals (21 and 22) of the photonic crystal structural unit (02). Clock control signal CP is connected via an input terminal of one T-junction waveguide respectively to a clock signal CP input terminal of the optical switch unit (01) and to a clock signal input terminal of the D trigger unit (05). An output terminal (24) of the photonic crystal structural unit (02) is connected to a D signal input terminal (52) of the D trigger unit (05). In addition to having a compact structure and great anti-interference capability, the logic gate can also be easily integrated with other optical logic elements. |
