The present invention relates to a method and a user terminal for providing social network service (SNS) information based on a location and a time so as to provide an SNS application which provides a history of a user or a friend as multi-dimensional information including a space and a time. The method for providing SNS information based on a location and a time comprises: (a) a step of executing an SNS application installed on a user terminal and joined by a user, receiving, from a server, at least one posting included in any one of a plurality of themes recorded on an account of a user′s friend, and providing the posting to the user; (b) a step of transmitting a request for providing the server with SNS information based on a location and a time in association with the theme included in the positing according to a reception of a user input; (c) a step of receiving, from the server, a map of a region including the location information of the theme of the posting, the image of the at least one posting included in the theme, and location information and time information of the at least one posting; and (d) a step of providing a first interface which displays the image of the at least one posting at the location corresponding to the location information of the posting on the map, wherein the image of the at least one posting is sequentially displayed in descending order of the time information of the posting. The location information of the posting is information on the location represented by the image of the posting, and the time information of the posting is information on a time point when the image is uploaded to the server or a time point when the image is captured. |
