摘要	The present invention relates to a composition comprising a homopolymer or a copolymer of a norbornene-based monomer for an optical film, and an optical film composed of the same. The optical film manufactured using the composition for an optical film according to the present invention has excellent optical characteristics and high elongation percentage, thereby being useful for an optical film used to a display device having a large-sized screen. The composition comprises: a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1, or a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repeat unit represented by chemical formula 2; and a polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000.
