The present invention refers to a ceramic varistor system based on SnO2, and its obtention process for improving the non ohmic and micro structural characteristics thereof by the incorporation of the previously synthetized spinel Co2SnO4 phase, which promotes the increase of the grain in the microstructure, so that reducing the electric potential barriers and acting as a varistor for low voltage applications. |
