<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding technology that can efficiently manufacture a wooden veneer container with a large degree of a shape freedom by hot-pressing a wood veneer by a die while preventing a puncture phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the wooden veneer container by hot-pressing the wooden veneer held by a die to form a container of a predetermined shape includes processes for plasticizing the wooden veneer before or during hot-pressing, eliminating moisture in the wooden veneer by a moisture eliminating means when hot-pressing, and then continuing hot-pressing for a predetermined time to fix the predetermined shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
