The present invention relates to an application-based business start-up supporting method and a system thereof. The application-based business start-up supporting method according to the present invention comprises: a portable terminal for generating wish data through a wish place application; and a data server for storing the wish data transmitted through networks and providing a stored wish data group for the portable terminal. The portable terminal allows a user to select a location designation mode, a search mode, an advertisement reception mode when executing the wish place application, wherein wish data reflecting a location and a service type are generated when the user selects a location on a map and inputs a service type thought to be necessary for the selected location. The application-based business start-up supporting method according to the present invention can store wish data as a wish data group in a data server and process the stored data, thereby providing a user with reliable commercial area analysis information.
