PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power transmission device capable of transmitting driving power in a non-synchronous state against rotation of an input shaft.SOLUTION: A driving power transmission device of this invention comprises a first rotating shaft 12, a second rotating shaft 14 rotating in a reverse direction of the first rotating shaft, an elastic member 18, and a vibrator 20. One end of the elastic member is fixed to the second rotating shaft, and the other end is fixed to the vibrator. The vibrator can be in any state of a first state of being connected to the first rotating shaft, a second state of releasing the connected state, a third state of being fixed to a fixing member, and a fourth state of releasing the fixed state. When the elastic member can energize the second rotating shaft in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the second rotating shaft, the vibrator becomes in the first state so that elastic energy for energizing the elastic member in an opposite direction is accumulated by the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft rotating in the opposite direction to each other. When the elastic member can energize the second rotating shaft in the rotating direction of the second rotating shaft, the vibrator becomes in the third state to cause the second rotating shaft to be energized in its rotating direction so that the elastic energy of the elastic member is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 |
