In one preferred form of the present invention, there is provided materials processing tool holder 12. The material processing tool holder 12 includes a mount 18 for receiving a removable element 20. The removable element 20 is provided for holding a materials processing tool 56. The mount 18 has a first end 60, a second end 62 and an elongate mating portion 64 there between. The elongate mating portion 64 extends lengthwise along the mount 18 between the first end 60 and the second end 62 of the mount. The mating portion 64 is configured to engage the removable element 20 in a mating relationship. The mating portion 64 allows the removable portion 20 to be slid along the mating portion 64 and be secured in an operable position 40. In the preferred tool holder 12 a number of abutments 34 are provided allowing for relatively close spacing of multiple tool holders.
