[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for external use that can include a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer and a large amount of glycerol and/or a polyglycerol and can still maintain a robust application feel and favorable skin compatibility at the time of application, suppress post-application stickiness, and achieve a superior moisturizing feel. [Solution] A composition for external use that contains (A) a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, (B) 5 weight% or more of glycerol and/or a polyglycerol, and (C) a hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide and/or a salt thereof. |
