PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device which prevents the occurrence of separation between an organic compound layer and a substrate contacting the organic compound layer due to washing or the like.SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting device 1 comprises a plurality of light-emitting parts 3 each including at least: a lower electrode 21; an organic compound layer 30 having at least a light-emitting layer; and an upper electrode 40 on a substrate. The plurality of light-emitting parts 3 are divided with pixel separation films 14 covering portions of the respective lower electrodes 21. An adhesion part 22 constituted by a material having higher adhesion with the organic compound layer 30 than the pixel separation film 14 is provided in at least a partial region between the adjacent light-emitting parts 3. The adhesion part 22 is brought into contact with at least a portion of the organic compound layer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
