<p>The invention concerns a unicompartmental knee prosthesis comprising an internal or external femoral implant co-operating with an internal or external tibial implant. The invention is characterised in that: the femoral implant consists of a condyle pad (1) extended at the rear (1a) to enclose the corresponding anatomical condyle; the tibial implant consists of a polyethylene plateau (2) mounted mobile in limited rotation in a horizontal plane, on a tibial base plate (3) fixed at the corresponding anatomical tibial compartment.</p> |
