<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the disconnection of a scanning signal line by forming the electrode films of the scanning signal line and a holding capacity element of the same conductive film and providing plural thin line parts at the intersection part of the scanning signal line made of the conductive film and a video signal line. CONSTITUTION:The thin film transistor TFT of a picture element arranged in the intersection area of two adjacent scanning signal lines GL and two adjacent video signal lines DL is divided to plural thin film transistors TFT 1-3. The respective transparent picture element electrodes ITO 1-3 plurally divided are connected to the respective thin film transistors TFT 1-3 plurally divided. Thus, a probability that dust, etc., exists on a part corresponding to all the thin line parts becomes small at the time of providing the conductive film. Then, the scanning signal line GL is effectively prevented from being disconnected.</p> |
